Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of construction and contracting services, San & Zoe General Contractor INC. does not offer refunds once a project has commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If there are issues with the quality or scope of the work performed, we will work with you to address concerns and make necessary corrections as per our contractual agreement.

To exercise your right to quality problems or the scope of work performed, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
